Another huge Leadership class last week! We discussed communication and consent, texting and phone etiquette, worked on our grabs, and the brown belts got some work for their upcoming test.
At 30+, this might be our biggest group of leadership kids yet! As the future of our dojo, we worked on how to teach techniques, they learned an off-curriculum technique and how to protect yourself from a haymaker, and we talked about self-control, making others feel welcome, and how to calm yourself down when you’re feeling anxious or angry.
