The dojo is closed for a winter break from December 24 - January 1, 2025.
On January 1, we will have Annual New Year's Day Workout & Osoji starting at 11am. Osoji, or "big cleaning," is a traditional start to the new year. We will clean the Lakewood Dojo and have a fun workout.

The Leadership Program will meet on the first Thursday of every month (excluding January), from 6:30-8:00pm.
