Kan Geiko (Cold Weather Training)
Join us for our annual cold weather boot camp! Bring workout clothes, gloves, hat, and a 3-5 gallon bucket. In lieu of payment, bring cans of food to donate to the North Texas Food Bank. Join us as a family, ages 6 and up! No martial arts experience needed.
Instructor Meeting & Training – January
Join us on the last Tuesday of every month for the instructor meeting and training. Our instructor training program is designed for the person that wants to become more involved in the martial arts. It will enable you to either help out with class or to become a fully qualified instructor and run classes yourself, it's your choice how involved…
