Keepers of the Flame is back, this time with special guest Kumu Michelle Manu from Hawaii.

Keepers of the Flame showcases the preservation of knowledge and traditions in the martial arts. For 2024 you will have the opportunity to see this in action as you train with the incredible teacher from the Hawaiian combat art of Lua, Kumu Michelle Manu and her team: Assistant Instructor Ikaika Kūkaniloko, Assistant Instructor Rachelle Cassetta, and Assistant Instructor-in-Training Brian Aguilar.
