This past Sunday we had a fun free community self-defense class, teaching awareness, safety strategies. and basic self-defense. Come join us every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM for our normal women’s self-defense series where we go more in depth on these topics.

And we’re back! The dojo reopens today for regular classes starting at 4 PM and Kan Geiko restarts tomorrow at 6 AM
Due to another day of expected icy weather, Thursday morning Kan Geiko and noon classes are cancelled. Thursday evening is TBD, so check back Thursday afternoon. Leadership class is moving to NEXT week, Thursday February 9th.
