Join us for our annual cold weather boot camp! Bring workout clothes, gloves, hat, and a 3-5 gallon bucket. In lieu of payment, bring cans of food to donate to the North Texas Food Bank.
Join us as a family, ages 6 and up! No martial arts experience needed.
