Chamberlain Studios of Self Defense Helps Empower Women with Free Women's Self-Defense Event
- 'Safety Kicks & Dunkin' Donuts'


WHO: Professor Nick Chamberlain-10th degree black belt and founder/owner of 35-year-old Dallas based Chamberlain Studios of Self Defense.

WHAT: The 1st biannual free women's self-defense workshop led by Professor Nick Chamberlain. Participants will learn techniques to avoid dangerous situations, fend off potential assailants and general self-defense methods and mentalities. Within the workshop attendees can 'Break a Board for a Buck' where they are taught how to break a wooden plank with their bare hand; each 'buck' benefits Genesis Women's Shelter. And a Dallas Police Department representative will be present with safety tips and a Q&A session for all. 

As a sweet reward for empowering yourselves, Dunkin' Donuts will offer munchkin donuts and coffee before and following the workshop to all attendees. 

Attendees are not required but encouraged to wear comfortable/fitness attire and to bring a donation of cash or everyday household items to benefit Genesis. Those interested in participating can call 214.351.5367 or email info@dallaskenpo.com for more information.
